Credentials

 

Level 1 (Beginner)

Graduates of the. Beginner Training (120 class hours) are eligible for the following:

  • APP Status (Registered in Polarity Principles) from the American Polarity Therapy Association

  • EPP Credential (Energy Principles Practitioner) from the International Polarity Education Alliance.

To qualify for the APP / EPP, students must submit proof of the following (not included in tuition costs):

  • Sessions Received - 5 sessions from a RPP/BCPP level practitioner

  • Sessions Given - 30 sessions given/ documented

Level 2 (Advanced)

Graduates of the entire Advanced Training (350 class hours) are eligible for the following:

  • RPP Status (Registered in Polarity Principles) from the American Polarity Therapy Association

  • PTP Credential (Polarity Therapy Professional) from the International Polarity Education Alliance.

In addition, to qualify for the RPP / PTP, students must submit proof of the following (not included in tuition costs):

  • Basic Training (Level 1/APP-level) - 155 hours

  • Anatomy course - 90 hours ( if you have not had prior anatomy studies, you may take our Anatomy course for an additional cost)

  • Sessions Received - 10 sessions from a RPP/BCPP/PTP level practitioner

  • Sessions Given - 70 practice sessions given / documented

Level 3 (Board Certification Prep)

The BCPP (Board Certified Polarity Practitioner), issued by APTA, is the highest practitioner credential in the field. It requires an additional 125 credit hours beyond the RPP and successfully passing the Board Exam.

The 125 hours is comprised of:

  • Sessions Given -- 40 additional sessions documented in your case notes (60 credit hours)

  • Case Consultations -- eight group case consultations (20 hours)

  • Exam Prep -- BCPP Exam Preparation self-study (20 hours)

  • Independent Study (25 hours) - topics vary
