Our Curriculum

Overview

Our program is divided into two levels, each 250 hours:

• Level 1 - Entry-Level (Modules 1, 2, 3)

• Level 2 - Clinician-Level (Modules 4, 5, 6)

  Total Program Length = 500 hours

• Completion leads to the PTP (Polarity Therapy Professional) Credential from IPEA.

• Commit to one level at a time, take breaks between levels if needed.

• A level takes about 12-16 months to complete.

• Video replays available for missed classes.

For those wishing to go further, we offer:

• Level 3 - Advanced Clinician Level (Modules 7, 8, 9) (RPP level in APTA)

• Beyond Level 3, we offer options for Board Certification (BCPP) through APTA at 800 hours, or to become Polarity Educators.

Hybrid Learning Experience

We offer two flexible paths: certification and non-certification. Non-certification leads to a certificate of completion, but does not offer formal credentials; it is self-paced and taken entirely by video.

Certification Path:

• Live Zoom classes & check-in’s with a cohort

• Self-paced video lessons

• Twice per level, immersive 5-day practicums in San Francisco (required)

• Requires completing practice sessions, receiving sessions & supervision

• Qualifies you for APTA or IPEA credentials

Non-Certification Path:

• Entirely video-based, self-paced learning

• Practice sessions recommended but not required

• Optional certificate of completion when classes are watched and assignments completed

• Ideal for integrating Polarity Therapy principles without formal certification

• Option to pursue certification later by joining in-person cohort/ practicums

Course Highlights

Each level of training covers essential topics: theory, hands-on techniques, communication, business, energy exercise, and nutrition.

Level 1 - Entry Level (Modules 1-3)

• 250 Hours, including practice sessions

• Learn universal principles of natural healing

• Help clients via study of:

  • Field Theory & the Biophysics of Energy Medicine

  • Three energy qualities: positive, negative, neutral

  • Five elements: ether, air, fire, water, earth

  • Seven energy centers (chakras) & their impact on body and psyche

  • Other energy patterns, lines, zones & points

  • Whole Body Reflexology

  • Energy Tracing, Unlocking Energy Blockages to support natural healing

  • Communication Skills

  • Energy Exercises & Nutrition

  • Ethics

  • Basic Business & Practice Building Skills

• New certification cohort starts Sept 2026; Non-certification video program is ongoing.

• Upon Graduation of Level 1, you are eligible to become an Energy Priniciples Practitioner (EPP) with the International Polarity Education Alliance (IPEA), and/or an Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP) with the American Polarity Therapy Association.

Level 2 - Clinician Level (Modules 4-6)

• 250 Additional Hours of learning with practice sessions

• Deepen your practice to become a professional clinician

• Integrate verbal and touch skills for deeper client healing

• Focus on Sacred Geometry, five- and six-pointed star patterns that reflect body-mind integration

• Detailed anatomy exploration and support for visceral - digestive - endocrine - reproductive - cardiovascular - neurological systems

• Structural & Spinal balancing techniques

• Cleansing and Health Building Diets

• Energy Exercise in Clinical work

• Remote Healing

• Mentorship for marketing and growing your practice

• Experience personal transformation and build confidence

• Next start date is March 2027; Non-certification video program is ongoing.

Upon Graduation of Level 2, you are eligible to become a Polarity Therapy Professional (PTP) with the International Polarity Education Alliance (IPEA), the premier membership association worldwide for Polarity Therapy.

Level 3 - Advanced Clinician Level (Modules 7-9)

• Increase your sensitivity and capacity for working with subtle energy dynamics and field phenomena.

• Craniosacral Work and how it integrates with the Polarity System

• Biofield Trauma Care — working with complex trauma patterns via sensitivity to energy

• Supervised clinical sessions for feedback and support for specific client issues

• Refining relational dynamics and growing your confidence as a professional

• Additional Elective Courses

• Develop your unique style of practicing Polarity Therapy aligned with your special gifts and training

  Advanced cohort depends on enrollment; expected date is Sept 2028; Non-certification video program is ongoing.

• Upon Graduation of Level 3, you are eligible to become a Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) with the American Polarity Therapy Association.
