Program Overview
The comprehensive program is divided into three progressive levels, each 225 hours with three 75-hour modules:
Beginner Level: Modules 1, 2, 3
Intermediate Level: Modules 4, 5, 6
Advanced Level: Modules 7, 8, 9
Each stage builds on the previous one, providing a strong foundation and fostering growth as a healer. Students commit to one level at a time, with the option to take breaks between levels. Video replays are available for missed classes. The program is designed to fit into your life without overwhelming it.
Hybrid Learning Experience
We offer two flexible paths to fit your needs: certification and non-certification. Non-certification leads to a certificate of completion, but does not lead to formal credentials; it is self-paced and taken entirely by video.
Certification Path:
Live Zoom classes & check-in’s with your cohort
Self-paced video lessons
Twice a year, immersive 4.5-day practicums in San Francisco (required)
Periodic in-person tutorials in the Bay Area (optional)
Requires completing practice sessions & receiving sessions
Qualifies you for APTA or IPEA credentials
Non-Certification Path:
Entirely video-based, self-paced learning
Practice sessions are recommended but not required
Leads to an optional certificate of completion from our institute when classes are watched and online quizzes are passed
Ideal for integrating Polarity Therapy principles without formal certification
Option to pursue certification later by joining in-person practicums

Beginner Level (225 hours - Modules 1-3)
Learn universal principles of natural healing
Nurture life force in yourself and clients via study of:
Three energy qualities: positive, negative, neutral
Five elements: ether, air, fire, water, earth
Seven centers (chakras) and their impact on body and psyche
Field Theory

Intermediate Level (225 hours - Modules 4-6)
Deepen your practice and become a professional clinician
Experience personal transformation and build confidence
Structural & Spinal balancing techniques
Detailed anatomy exploration and support for visceral - digestive - endocrine - reproductive - cardiovascular - neurological systems
Integrated verbal and touch skills for deeper client healing & trauma awareness
Mentorship for marketing and growing your practice
Focus on five- and six-pointed stars for body-mind integration and transformation
Advanced Level (225 hours - Modules 7-9)
Increasing your sensitivity and capacity for working with subtle dynamics
Complex and Shock Trauma Healing
Craniosacral Therapy and how it integrates with the Polarity System
Supervised clinical sessions for feedback and support for specific client issues
Refining relational dynamics and growing your confidence as a professional
Develop your unique style of practicing Polarity Therapy aligned with your special gifts and training
Board Certification Level (125 hours - Module 10)
Prepare for APTA’s Board Certification examination
Additional remote supervision for your clinical practice and feedback on sessions
Expand and deepen your understanding of trauma healing principles
Professional Membership
If you’re on the Certification Path, you can join professional associations like the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) and the International Polarity Education Alliance (IPEA).
After Module 2 (155 hours):
APTA: "APP" level (Associate Polarity Practitioner)
IPEA: "EPP" level (Energy Principles Practitioner)
After Module 9 (675 hours):
APTA: "RPP" level (Registered Polarity Practitioner)
IPEA: "PTP" level (Polarity Therapy Professional)
After completing all levels, take the final Certification Module (10) to sit for APTA’s Board Exam and earn the “BCPP” credential (Board Certified Polarity Practitioner) — the highest designation in Polarity Therapy.
Tuition Information
At the Polarity Therapy Institute, we offer flexible tuition options and payment plans to meet your needs.
Tuition Options
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for each level you enroll in (once per year). The following is due AFTER the deposit is paid. Choose your option:
Pay by Level (once per year): $2690 per level.
Pay by Module (three times per year): $920 per module.
Payment Plan per Level (monthly plan): 9 monthly payments of $320, starting the month classes begin.
For the non-certification path, tuition is the same and is paid by level. Videos are released gradually for better integration.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments only.
For Pay-by-Module or Monthly Payment Plans, a credit card must be kept on file for automatic payments.
Currently, no scholarships are available.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
$300 non-refundable deposit is retained.
$25 per hourly credit for classes taken or video content provided is retained.
No refunds for anatomy videos and other pre-recorded content.
Remaining balance refunded within 5-7 business days after written notification of withdrawal.
