DESCRIPTION

Somatic Intuition is the art of freely allowing and sensitively directing one’s natural intuition to understand what we sense and know but often cannot put into words or bring into our work with clients. This workshop will help clarify the subtle information we often pick up with our clients – a felt bodily knowing, perplexing imagery, or flashes of insight that we might easily dismiss. These experiences are often deeply meaningful and informative to our clients. In this workshop we will learn how to embrace and find meaning in these intuitions and practice the art and skillful sharing of our intuitive experiences without imposing them on our client.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Ron DeAngelo, Ph.D and Ellen Krueger, LMHC, LFT, LMT, BCPP, RPE have taught Somatic Intuition and Advanced Intuitive Dialoging to bodyworkers, therapists, business and healing professionals nationally and internationally for over 16 years. Ron is the Director of the Center for Dialogical Training, which offers seminars and training in Authentic Dialoging and Person-to-Person Gestalt therapy for couples and individuals in conjunction with the Soma-Psyche Institute.

Ellen is the Director and co-founder of the Soma-Psyche Institute, which is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to healing. Ellen has been offering APP & RPP Polarity Trainings for over 20 years and holds licenses in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy and Massage Therapy. She is also an instructor at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and was the Chair of the Professional Development Dept. for 14 years. Ron is in private practice in Manhattan and Ellen is in private practice in Manhattan and Cold Spring, NY.
