DESCRIPTION

This is a 2-part workshop on how to work clinically with Energetic Nutrition.

PART 1

In this part, learn how to do a nutrition intake, work with food journals, and identify the 5 elements in eating patterns. Hold safe non-judgmental space around nourishment choices and effectively ask questions that can guide clients toward recognizing balanced healthy lifestyles for themselves as individuals.

(90 minutes, recorded 10/6/21)

PART 2

In this part, we’ll continue to work together with nutrition intakes and food choices, within the context of the 3 principles, sattva, rajas, and tamas, expanding and exploring our attitudes around food and food preparation. To do this, we’ll be deepening our skills in holding safe non-judgmental space around the potentially charged issue of what one eats and how. Learn tools for monitoring clients’ progress and supporting healthy eating, within the context of each individual’s unique patterns.
