This workshop will be a special treat with Eleanora Lipton, one of the early pioneers in Polarity Therapy who has practiced and taught for decades. We will explore themes of personal evolution and spiritual development as they impact our practices. How do we cultivate greater presence in our work and our lives? How can we meet our clients from a clearer, more grounded state of being?  As a practice founded on spiritual principles, what value does Polarity Therapy bring, and what seeds are we planting with our work? This workshop will be a conversation about the deeper principles guiding Polarity Practice, in particular the involution / evolution dynamics Dr. Stone discussed in his books. It’s an invitation to realign yourself with your own highest good and meet your clients from that space.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Eleanora Lipton is a pioneer in the field of Polarity Therapy and the founding director of EmPowerFlow Yoga. EmPowerFlow Yoga, formerly known as Atlanta Polarity & Intuitive Yoga Center, has been based in Atlanta for over 30 years. Eleanora is one of thirty original American Polarity Therapy Association members, a past APTA Board Member, and co-author of The Therapeutic Art of Polarity. She has been teaching over 35 years, specializing in integrating energy principles of Polarity Therapy with Hatha Yoga.
