With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in Polarity Therapy, Somatic Energy Healing, and movement practices like T’ai Chi, Chi Gong, and Gentle Energy Yoga.

• Founder & Director of Tree of Life Center (TLC), focused on whole-brain experiential learning for bodyworkers.

• Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Somatic Therapist in North Carolina.

• Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP) and Registered Polarity Therapy Educator (RPE).

• Provides trauma healing, somatic bodywork, and mind/body energy alignment in private practice in the Hillsborough, Saxapahaw, and Durham areas of North Carolina.
